September Paper Pumpkin

I LOVE the whole Paper Pumpkin experience from Stampin' Up!  First you get an email telling you your paper pumkin kit is on its way.  This is such "happy mail" cause it means in about a week, you are getting a "present" in the mail.  Then your bright red box arrives!  This surprise every month is sooo much fun, not knowing what you'll be making this month, waiting to see what exclusive stamps are included in the kit, having a whole project just waiting to be put together!

September's kit did not disappoint.  Look at everything you were able to make.....

There were enough supplies to make six treat bags and 12 gift tags, if you followed the directions included.  One of the fun things about these kits is you can follow the detailed instructions exactly and have a great project OR you can change it up a little OR you can use the supplies and make up completely different things!  I made all the gift tags and then used two tags to make two great cards:

I used black card stock and tangerine tango card stock for both cards and very vanilla card stock for the insides (so you can write and see it, very hard to do on black card stock without a white gel pen!).  I cut up one of the burlap bags for the front of the first card and used the sequins from the sequin ribbon included in the cut - just cut them off the thread!!  The second card I used a sponge dauber and the tangerine tango ink included to make random spots for the background and a piece of washi tape from the Clearance Rack.

You can orders all the supplies by visiting my site at http://stampinjenni.stampinup.net and you can subscribe for your very own "surprise" each month by visiting https://mypaperpumpkin.com - be sure to enter my name as your demonstrator!!  Prepaid subscriptions are available and can save your money - ask me if you want more info!!
